1.Q: What's about your production capacity?
   A: We produce 7000,000 sets Truck tire and 20,000,000 pcs Passenger car tire every year.
2.Q: How about your delivery time?
   A: Within 10 days after deposit, we always deliver the tire according to customer's requirement.
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
   A: We suggest at least 40HQ,as by our exporting experience, 40HQ container sea freight is more economic.  But we do not have limit even 1 pcs tire we will arrange for you.       
4.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires? 
   A:(1) We import nature rubber from Thailand and we use the best CABOT Brand Carbon Black and BEKAERT Br-and Steel.
 (2)Advanced production equipment, including German Krupp mixer, Netherlands VMI tire building machine.
 (3) All semi-finished tires are inspected 100%, qualified rate is almost 100%. This is seldom in China. 
 (4)There are 5 times inspection for each tyre, including appearance test,X-ray test, dynamic test and so on. 
5.Q: Do you have stock? 

 A:We have 20,0000 pcs tire regular inventory for fast delivery, and we have modern warehouse to keep the tyre clean and new.
6.Q: Terms of payment 
   A:(1). First time cooperation, we can accept  30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid against copy of B/L with-in 10 days. 
 (2). By irrevocable LC at sight. 
 (3). Any other payment term, we can discuss.
7.Q: What tire certificates do you have?
 A: DOT,ECE,CCC,SNI,INMETRO,GCC,SONCAP,SGS,ECE.,Smark, REACH,SASO,LATU,NOM etc. certificates.

Tubeless and Tube type

In tubeless tire innerliner is attached to the inside of the casing in stead of tube and flap(to protect tube). Therefore in tubeless tire there is less number of parts to manage as well as less heat build up and safer. beacause chance of sudden air loss due to rapture.

Thread pattern

Initially there were  only bar or lug type patterns for traction, burt then came the circumferent channel or rib pattern taht gave lateral grip and finally came the block pattern, a kind of combination derivative. The following is  a traditional type of thread pattern for truck and bus tire.
