Products Description
Z15W-16T internal thread copper gate valve, valve body, valve cover, gate, stem and other materials are all made of copper material. Can be used in non-corrosive water, steam, gas, liquid.
The valve body and valve cover are made of die casting technology with high strength and beautiful appearance. Internal thread connection, easy to install. Wedge shaped gate with good sealing effect.
The gate valve adopts dark rod structure, which keeps the same height when opened, saving installation space. Turn the handwheel to open and close the valve, easy to use.
Z15W-16T internal thread copper gate valve parts are all made of copper material, long service life. Widely used in household water supply, industrial water supply and urban heating.
Main features
1. The special heat treatment can effectively prevent the crack of the valve caused by the alternating action of cold and hot water medium.
2. The valve stem is connected with left screw thread, and it is dark rod type.
3. The stem seal adopts metal and nonmetal to improve the sealing quality.
4. The fluid resistance is small, the medium channel inside the gate valve body is direct, the medium does not change its flow direction when flowing through.
5. Small opening and closing torque, gate valve opening and closing gate plate movement direction and medium flow direction vertical, compared with the globe valve, gate valve opening and closing effort saving.
6.Medium flow direction is not restricted, no turbulence, no pressure reduction. Medium can flow from both sides of the gate in any direction, can achieve the purpose of use, more suitable for the medium flow direction may change in the pipeline.
7. Good sealing performance, small erosion of sealing surface when fully open. Gate valve sealing surface has self-sealing ability, its spool by medium pressure tightly contact with the valve seat sealing surface, to tight leakage.
