A: We packed goods in brown color of five-layers carton. If heavy product will have inside box.

1. For orders less than 50kg, we will shipping by international airline express like DHL,UPS, FedEx and TNT. This is delivery to
door service. 2. For orders more than 100kg. We will use sea, train, or air freight to the nearest port of your address. which is cheaper for
save cost. (for some country like: Singapore, Philippines, South Korea, Myanmar, Vietnam. Dubai, The United States, Canada, Japan.
Kuwait. Cambodia, Australia, and European country. we provide Delivered Duty Paid service, which means you no need to pay tax and
send to your door.)

A: For samples, we will send out in 1~ 2 work days. For bulk order in stock, it will take 2 to 3 days to send out after receiving
payment.
For bulk order no stock, at least a week to production.

A: Yes, MOQ is 500 pcs, we print your logo on the product and do your own package.
Q7. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: Sample is all available, we will collect sample cost and shipping cost. The sample fee will be returned when the next bulk
order over 500 pcs.
If customized sample, we will collect the mould fee once.
Q9. How do you deal with the defective ones?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is under 0.001%, we have professional QC department to control the quality, they will make sure
100% non defective product before shippment. But you received any defetive product, please take picture or video to us, After
the confirmation by our engineers, the new one will be compensated to you in next order.
Q10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, we have the professional detection team of QC to control the quality before shippment.
