Glass Tempering Processing

Put fine-edging and clean glass on the loading table, rubber coating rollers will transmit glass into heating furnace, glass is heated to be soft status by 600-700 degrees temperature ,ceramic roller will transmit glass into flat tempering section, glass is tempered and cooling by air from blower via air path, steel roller will transmit glass to unloading table, tempering glass is finished.
