Q1.What is the MOQ & Price Term ?
A: No MOQ , Sample order is welcome to test the qualitiy before official orders. The prices will be based on EXW , if order quantities are more than 1000-2000 pcs (depends on different models ) ,the price will be FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
Q2. Can do customer's design and requirements?
A: Sure,we are direct factory with professional techenical team and own mold /plastic injection /machinery processing and assembley workshop with strong development ability, we can also design and develop as per customers' requirements;
For the customized packing box ,we can print according to customers' request with MOQ 1000 pcs for each design.If less than 1000pcs,extra printing cost will be charged.For the product logo,we can make laser printing or silk screen printing ,pls send us your logo design for inquiry.
Q3. When is the delivery?
A:If with our regular neutral products and packing, delivery time is about 7-20 days depends on the model and order quantity, if with customized packing and logo ,delivery will be 25-30 days.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We can ship by fast express like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for small order . It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.
We also can ship by air to door which will take 8-12 days or by sea / truck / railway to door which will take 20-50 days according to difference destination.
Q5. What is your payment Term?
A: We accept payment by T/T,Western Union,Money Gram etc. you can also order directly in Alibaba.
For amount above USD5000, you can pay 30% deposit in advance to start production and 70% paid before delivery,.
For amount under USD5000, you can make full payment when confirming the order to as to save the bank charges for both sides.
