Q1:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1:We are a factory located in Shenzhen, China, with 20 years of rich experience, covering 3000 square meters. Complete
facilities, including 3D quality inspection equipment, ERP system and 60 machines. If necessary, we can provide you with material certificates, sample quality inspection and other reports.Welcome to visit our factory. We will be waiting for your arrival at the airport！
Q2. How to get a quote?
A2:Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...), including quality, delivery date, materials, quality, quantity, surface treatment andother information.
Q3. Will my drawing be safe after you get it?Can I get a quotation without drawings? Can your engineering team draw for my creativity?
A3:Yes,we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission,we can sign the NDA before got your drawing.Of course, we are also glad to receive your samples, pictures or detailed size drafts for accurate quotation.
Q4.:Can you provide samples before mass production?
A4:Yes,just need some samples cost, we will return it back when proceed into mass production.
Q5: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
Q6: What is the delivery date?
A6:Generally, the sample lasts for 1-2 weeks and the batch production lasts for 3-4 weeks.
Q7. How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be in poor quality?
A7:Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance.in case Of non-conformanace,plase contact with us immediately,take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time with the Resulting transportation costs bome by our company.
