Titanium Woven Wire Mesh
Titanium mesh is a kind of non-ferrous metal mesh with special properties. It has low density, but highest strength than any other
metal mesh; And also high purity titanium mesh will generate an oxide film with dense adhesion and high inertia in the
corrosion-resistant media environment, especially in seawater, wet chlorine gas, chlorite, and hypochlorite solution, nitric acid,chromic acid metal chloride, and organic salt are not corroded. Besides these, titanium wire mesh is also featured with good temperature stability & conductivity, non-magnetic, non-toxic.




Titanium woven wire mesh is woven from pure titanium wire or titanium alloy. The titanium wire mesh is also called titanium mesh,titanium filter mesh, titanium electrode mesh and titanium current collecting mesh according to the application. Titanium mesh can be divided into black and bright according to the surface of the raw material.

Black Titanium mesh is made of pure titanium wire with graphite coating on the surface. Moreover, it is suitable for ship
filtration and manufacturing of seawater filter titanium mesh.

Bright Titanium woven mesh is produced by weaving pure graphite wire after removing the graphite emulsion coating. It is suitable for manufacturing an electrode mesh, a titanium battery collecting mesh, and a fine chemical liquid filtering titanium mesh.
The material of the titanium woven mesh can be mainly provided:
Pure titanium material: TA1, TA2. titanium alloy: TA5, TA7, TC1,TC2, TC3, TC4.
1. Pure titanium wire Ti≥99.6%, black surface, black titanium mesh is suitable for seawater filtration and other industries with low purity of solution.
2. High-purity titanium wire:
the surface is bright and has no oxide layer, and the bright titanium mesh is suitable for the manufacture of titanium electrode mesh and chemical titanium filter mesh.
