Q:How long is your delivery time ?

A: Generally it's within 3 days if we have goods in stock, or 15 - 20 days if the goods are not in stock, depends on the order quantity. ( It will take about 7 days to make sample mold, and about 15 days to make mass production mold )

Q: Do you provide  free samples ?

A: Yes, we  could offer the samples for free charge, but not pay the express freight .

Q: What is your terms of payment  ?

A:  T/T or Paypal  or Western Union or Cash ;   For mold cost 100% deposit  ;  For bulk order  Payment < US$1000, 100% deposit in advance  ; payment ≥US$1000, 30 % deposit in advance , 70% balance before shipping  .

Q: Do you have any MOQ?

A: Yes, normally at least $100 / item

Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM, what should I offer ?

A: Yes, 80% of our orders are customized, please send us (3D drawing, product application, material , hardness,

color, quantity ).

Q: Can you produce just according to samples ?

A: Yes, though you don't 3D drawing, please send us samples, and we will make drawing accordingly.

Q: What report  will come togethe with the cargos ?

A: Normally we will offer size test report and material properties test report
