Product Description
Henger intelligent meat segmentation conveyor line provides customers with meat segmentation and deboning and trimming, hygiene control system, logistics, packaging and refrigeration system, and is suitable for pig, cattle, sheep and poultry slaughtering, segmentation and deep processing industries . The main function is to deliver meat products through machinery to realize the high efficiency and simplicity of employees' work.Our engineers will combine your production process and workshop layout, provide reasonable design of conveyor line.
Product feature
1. Line frame is made of 304 stainless steel tube, stainless steel plates welded together, in line with international hygiene standard, not easy to rust, anti-corrosive and durable.
2.The conveyor belt is equipped with PE wear-resistant strips, which can ensure belt lifetime.
3.Motor is equipped with speed reducer to adjust conveyor speed to meet staff working efficiency.
4. Equipped with adjusting leg to meet different workshop situation.
5.According to the function of different conveyor lines, the conveyor belt can choose food-grade PU or POM belt material.
