GC-2T Tunnel Blast freezer (-45℃)
The blast chiller freezers are devices that can quickly lower the temperatures of an introduce foodstuff, whether pre-cooked or new, maintaining their peculiarity during storage. A speed in which the freezing occur is very important, because it helps a lot in determining the dish quality during the serving time. Having a blast freezing can bring so many benefits, and one of the most important one is that, it can help in protecting and controlling the bacteria. Meat, poultry, or fish could all have considerable amount – of bacterial like salmonella, coli in their raw and fresh forms.
With a +30C to -30C of temperature by time, the products that you are storing in this blast freezer are can be freeze within 30 minutes. With an easier speed of refrigeration, the possibility of bacteria can’t easily happen and to provide the most health food.
Fast freezing: +90 to +3 degrees / 90 minutes
Deep freezing: +90 degrees to -18 degrees / 240 minutes
