Sanitary Rotor Pump
a. Cam type rotor pump is suitable for conveying temperature -30℃— +150℃, viscosity 30-1.0×105cst, suspended liquid containing solid particles and medium with high requirements for corrosiveness and sanitation, and the inside of the pump body is in contact with the medium The parts are all made of stainless steel, and the pump speed can be changed according to the different physical characteristics of the medium. Uses: Used in food, beverage, brewing, medicine, daily chemical, petrochemical and other industries.
b. The manufacturing standards of cam rotor pumps are divided into five series: food grade, chemical grade, ordinary type, oil field type, and special type. The core components and sealing devices of the product use different materials and different types according to the different properties of the medium. c. Cam rotor pump structure:
The cam type double rotor pump is mainly composed of a cam rotor, a shaft seal, and a gear box. Shaft seals can be designed as packing seals and mechanical seals according to different working conditions. It adopts high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears and heavy-duty bearings. The main part is a cassette assembly, and the rotor gap can be adjusted without disassembling the gearbox. The O-ring seal is made of silicone rubber, and when the medium is corrosive, polytetrafluoroethylene is used.
