The columnar stainless steel fiber sintered felt filter element includes an inner support tube, a filter layer fixedly connected to the outer wall of the inner support tube, and a connecting thread fixedly connected to the end of the inner support tube; the outer wall of the inner support tube is provided with a honeycomb through hole; the middle channel of the inner support tube is connected to the outside through the honeycomb through hole and the filter layer.


The filter layer includes a protective layer, a control layer, a diversion layer, a first reinforcement layer and a second reinforcement layer, all of which adopt a stainless steel wire mesh structure and are sintered into one in sequence. The structure is simple, the filter element body has high strength, the filter layer is not easy to fall off, the filtering effect is good, and the service life is long.
