OUR STAPLE FIBER PRODUCTION PROCESS
1.PTA and EG.raw materialfor polyester, are suppliedand loaded into eachstorage space.
2.Polymers ： A polycondensation reactorcauses a chemical reactionwhich furns EG and PTAinto PET Resin
3. (Direct) spinning ： After PTA and EG transform into apolymier throuzh polymerization. itis moved into a spinning profess-

6.Cutting ： Staple fibers that are wet withwater and ehemicals are driedwith a dryer and cut into regularlenzths to be made into cottonform.
