Description
The tubular furnace is a new type of high performance and high energy saving furnace developed by the international advanced technology, the tube furnace with 3 independence temperature zone and the customizable screw feeders, convenience for the continuous production. With safe and reliable, simple operation, high-temperature control precision, good insulation effect, large temperature range, high-temperature uniformity in the furnace, many temperature zones, optional atmosphere, vacuum furnace, etc.
An electric screw feeder is adopted to facilitate manual feeding of customers. After the material enters the feeder, it enters the furnace tube through the screw push rod of the feeder. The furnace body has an inclined angle, and the material can be moved in the tube while the furnace tube is rotating. The inside of the furnace tube is equipped with an inverted plate structure to make the material fully heated and avoid adhesion. After the material is heated by rotation, the material is automatically discharged from the end of the furnace tube for easy collection.
GWDL-GA series high temperature furnace is shown in the figure, which integrates the control system and the furnace.
The lining of the furnace is made of vacuum forming high purity alumina poly light material. Tubular furnace is mainly
used in metallurgy, glass, heat treatment, lithium anode and cathode materials, new energy, abrasives and other
industries, measuring materials under certain temperature conditions of professional equipment. The furnace type has the
advantages of simple structure, easy operation, easy control and continuous production.

voltage, ammeter, computerinterface, observation port/air intake port, in order to observe the workingstate of the system
at any time, this product uses reliable integrated circuit,good working environment, anti-interference, the highest temperature
of thefurnace shell temperature ≤45℃ greatly improve the working environment. Microcomputer program control,
programmable curve, automatic heating/cooling, temperature control parameters and procedures can be modified during
operation,flexible and convenient, simple operation.
