Feature
1.This 2-IN-1 rework station combines soldering station with hot air rework station, the LCD display shows real-time parameters including temperature read-out, hot air volume, °C/°F display mode, soldering iron sleep mode, and more.
2.Soldering station's temperature is adjustable from 200~480℃/392~896°F, with precision PID program stabilizing the actual temperature every 20ms. The solder station comes with 10-minute sleep mode that activates when the soldering iron is not in use for longer than 10 minutes, extending the lifespan of the soldering tips, and the heating element.
3.Hot air rework station's temperature is adjustable from 100~480℃/212~896°F, adjustable air volume (120L/min Max.), with precision PID program stabilizing the actual temperature every 20ms. The hot air gun comes with stop/start function that activates when placed inside the holder, extending the heating element's lifespan when non-use.
4.This hot air soldering station comes with functions including buzzer prompting (sound feedback when pressing buttons), hot air fail-safe protection, digital temperature calibration for both the soldering station and the hot air station. NOTE: Use of professional thermometer is recommended when calibrating, inaccurate calibration value may result in poor performance.
5.The soldering iron holder is Bakelite iron holder, even if over 300 degree on the iron holder,also is no problems,and the iron holder have 08Btips cleaner ,it's very convernience for clean the tips, and the iron holder have solder wire standard on the iron holder back top, this way can save space, also have 5 holes on the holder ,can used for put soldering iron tips,it's can easy find the things. There is a silicone gasket in the cleaning tank where the cleaning sponge is placed. When the soldering iron tip has tin dross, clean it in the cleaning tank and shake it, it can protect the soldering iron handle inside heater ,not easy to shake broke.
