Only 1 Japan tourbillon movement cost around usd$1000, not a whole watch only 1 movment.  This 82S0 Movement could make the design look like tourbillon design but keep the price low.

this watch design is 42mm diameter and 10mm thickness, the strap is 240mm. if you want bigger or smaller size, we can do too.
