4. What is your terms of payment and when will I get my machine after I paid? 
    30% TT down Payment, 70% TT before Shipment. The delivery time depends on the product type. For production lines, the delivery period is generally 60–90 days, while for other standalone machines, it is 30–45 days. 

5. What is your installation and commission service? 
    We will dispatch 1 engineer from the seller to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning and training, the buyer should be responsible for the cost of two-way flight tickets, the room and board and local area transportation, and allowance USD 80/day for the engineer. The customer has to supply skilled workers (mechanical fitters as well as electricians) in a sufficient number.
