Main Feed Line
Main Feed line: It consists of feed tower, winch, motor and feed level sensor.Main Function: The main function is to transfer the feed in the feed tower to the hopper of the secondary material line, and thematerial level sensor to automatically control the motor transmission start and close, to achieve the purpose of automatic
feeding.
Secondary Feed Line
Secondary Feed line: It consists of hopper, feed transmission tube, winch, tray, suspension lifting device, motor and feed level sensor.Main Function: The main function is to transfer the feed from the hopper to the feed tray to ensure the consumption of broilers, and the material level sensor to automatically control the motor transmission start and close, to achieve the purpose of automatic feeding.Water line
Automatic Waterline: It consists of filter, voltage regulator, shock line, water line, nipple, water line lifting system,and doser.
Method of Application:
1.Open the waterline valve and observe the water gauge. The working pressure is 0.2-0.3 MPA.
2.Rotate the screw at the bottom of the voltage regulator to raise the water level of the water level display pipe, while the hand pressure nipple will discharge the air in the water pipe.
3.The valve next to the water line regulator is designed to close when the chickens are halfway through the coop, preventing freezing and cracking in the winter.
