Warranty Policy:

1 Product quality defective rate is about 2% based on AQL1.0(major) and AQL2.5 (minor)

2 Time Period: 12 months warranty for main light; 3 months for battery and chargers.

3 Factory quality problem over defective rate is free to replace accessaries or main light.

4 Transportaion damaged is outside the scope of free warranty.

5 Man-made damage is outside the scope of free warranty.

6 Shipping insurance to be effected by the Buyer.

Q6: What's your payment terms?
For sample Order, we prefer paypal, alibaba trade assurance, WestUnion and MoneyGram with 100% before shipment;

For mass prouction order, we prefer T/T, alibaba trade assurance, L/C with 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipping.
