A: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.We alse appreciate to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for accurate quotation. Our professional R&D dept. can develop different products for different target prices and different requirements,and we pay much attention to protect our customers' privacy of drawings, signing NDA is also accepted if need.
Q: Are your samples free or need cost?
A: Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples by freight collect. But for some high value samples, it needs sample cost & freight collect. All sample cost & freight cost can be refunded to you after order placed.
