Our factory is founded in the year 2015. We began with design, production and sale of heavy-duty hammer.

 

 

CTHB plate compactor application

Plate vibrating compactor is not only widely used in foundation treatment of construction projects and compaction of road projects, also suitable for the compaction of bulk materials such as clay soil, sand and gravel.

 

Some customers also use the compactor for fencing works like driving the pile into the dirt, also providing a very efficient help.

[3] There are five types of adapters to choose:

Number 1: Split type

Number 2: Fixed type

Number 3: MS type

Number 4: 360 degree rotating type

Number 5: Skid steer type

 

[7] Damping block plays the role of buffering and shock-absorbing, it's a easy-worn spare part.

 

 

[9] The motor barrel is equipped with bearings and acentric shafts inside, driven by the hydraulic motor rotating to generate acentric force.

 

[10] The hydraulic motor brand is PERMCO, from America.

 

[11&12] The flange is designed to connect the oil hoses with the hydraulic motor, in order to protect the screw holes in the hydraulic motor. Without the flanges, the oil hoses will directly connect with the motor, screw holes are easy to be worn out during long time vibrating works, changing a new motor will cost high. Only changing the flanges will definately reduce the cost. 

 

 

[13] There are five hose connection part on the diverter valve.

One is for the hydraulic motor oil returning hose (the thin hose), two connect with the hydraulic motor, two connect with the excavator oil hoses.
