Plastic Agglomerator for Recycling
This agglomerator is made by REGULUS machinery company to meet various user needs. The Agglomerator machine can also be used for a wide range of raw materials, such as plastic PE film, PE bags, PP woven bags, PP non-woven, sheet, flakes, fiber, PA nylon, PETFabric & Fiber textile material, and other thermo plastic PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, PET, BOPP plastics.
Function
Agglomerator can be used for film, bags, sheet, foil, flake or other soft plastic materials by taking a low bulk density material,typically from 100 to 150 kg/m3, and increasing the density to a more usable or transportable material. There are different methods for densification of waste film; however, they all involve the use of frictional heat, usually under the melting temperature of the polymer.
