We are manufacturer. We have been insisting on in-house R&D and production since 1997. All mechanical parts and accessories are made in-house with more than 1000 sets of automated production equipment and molds.
3. How do you provide after-sale service?
We offer comprehensive document instructions and video instructions for customers, including user manuals for installation and maintenance, software instruction,safety instruction and more. We also do remote training with video conference. If customers required, we can do on-site training with hospitality and travel costs covered by the customers.
4. What’s the payment term?
By standard 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment.
