Operation Process: |
1. The operation process involves using a loader to shovel materials from sand and stone piles into the corresponding storage bins of the aggregate batching machine. |
2. The mate rials are discharged from the storage bins into the weighing hopper of the batching machine through a cylinder-operated door. |
3. The weighing hopper measures the materials using a three-point gravity sensor. |
4. The weighed aggregates are then transported to the waiting storage bin through flat and inclined belt conveyors. |
5. Meanwhile, cement and fly ash stored in the powder tank are measured and tran sported to the weighing hopper for weighing using a screw conveyor. |
6. Water is pumped into the water weighing tank for measurement. |
7. After weighing, the aggregates are fed into the concrete mixer separately using a secondary feeding method. The mixed concrete is discharged into concrete transit trucks through a cylinder or hydraulic pump, completing one cycle. |
