Transmission line tower is a tower-like structure used for power transmission. Their structural characteristics are that all kinds
of tower types are space truss structure, the rod is mainly composed of a single equilateral Angle steel or combination Angle
steel, the material is generally used Q235 (A3F) and Q345 (16Mn) two kinds, the connection between the rod is made of coarse
bolts, by the bolt shear connection, the whole tower is composed of Angle steel, connecting steel plates and bolts. Individual
parts, such as the tower foot, are welded into a composite by several steel plates, so it is very convenient for hot-dip
galvanizing anticorrosion, transportation and construction. For the tower with a height below 60m, foot nails are set on one of
the main materials of the tower to facilitate the construction personnel to climb the tower.
