A: Accessories as Ram, SSD, HDD, we use famous brand: samsung, micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, crucial, liteon, kingfast, phison etc, what brand we use depends on our test and our stock.
Q: Can I get some samples?

1. EGLOBAL Mini pcs have 3 years warranty service is completely reliable and professional technical team. Motherboard warranty time 3 years, ram, hard drive, accessories(excluding gift) etc warranty time 1 year.
2. Within warranty time, if mini PC appear non-human damages and quality problems, buyer return Mini PC or Mini PC components, we free repair/exchange Mini PC or Mini PC components ( include RAMs, Hard Drive, Motherboard and other accessories ). Within 1 month, seller bear all the shipping cost for return(maximum 15USD)and resend;Over 1 month to 1 year, buyer self bear the shipping cost for return and seller bear shipping cost for resend; Over 1 year to 3 years, buyer bear all shipping cost return and resend.
3. Within 15 days, we accept refund or exchange goods (buyer bear all the shipping cost, if non-human damages and quality problem, we bear all shipping cost.
