The long arm spot welding machine is our DTN series fixed point projection spot welding machine, customized with a long welding arm for welding special workpiece. The spot welder is a dual purpose welding machine produced by our company, mainly used for welding low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and some non-ferrous metals. It can also achieve welding between plates, between plates and projection welding nuts and bolts.

Main Features
(1) The upper electrode is pressurized by air cylinder, and the pressure adjustment is convenient and accurate. The welding machine is equipped with a special air tank for standby;
(2) The upper electrode moves vertically up and down, and has a smooth adjusting working stroke and auxiliary stroke. The lower electrode can be adjusted in a vertical direction;
(3) The straight solenoid valve is adopted to accelerate the reaction speed, greatly improve the operating speed of the upper head, and reduce the air flow loss;
(4) The lowering and rising speed of the pressure head can be adjusted at will, which alleviates the pressure impact on the work and reduces the noise;
(5) The secondary conductor adopts the upper insulation mode, and the insulation performance is stable and reliable;
(6) The main circuit adopts water-cooled high-power silicon controlled rectifier module, with strong, stable and reliable output;
(7) The water circuit elements are all made of copper and stainless steel, and equipped with visual water flow display to display the water flow;
(8) The operation is controlled by foot switch, with high production efficiency and low labor intensity.

The Upper Electrode
The upper electrode moves vertically up and down in the linear guide, with high precision in repeated positioning, thus ensuring accurate welding points.
The Pressure Component
The descent and ascent speed of the pressure head can be adjusted arbitrarily, which alleviates the pressure impact on the workpiece and reduces noise.
Gas Storage Tank
Backup dedicated gas storage tank for welding machine, which is conducive to reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components
All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
