Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 100 pieces in general, but no MOQ requirement for sample testing.

Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes. We are also the OEM/ODM supplier for many famous companies, and have different customer make their own OEM product.

Like customers' own lable and box design with customers' logo. 

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T in advance,70% after finish production. If you have any another question, pls feel free to contact us.

Q:  Can I get some samples before place order and how long for a sample?

A: Yes, Sample order is welcome, usually the sample delivery time is within 7days.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantity. It usually takes 10-15 days upon receipt of your 30% deposit by T/T. Sample can be delivered within 7 days.

Q: Can I buy different products in one container?
A: Yes, you can mix different models of pumps in one container.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: 1 year, and within 24 hours reply will be provided to solve customers' problems.

Q: How do you ship the goods ?
