Drinking hydrogen water is healthier than drinking purified water and coffee
I am 65 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes 24 years ago in 1993. At that time, my fasting blood sugar was 11.1, and my blood sugar 2 hours after meals was 15.8. The doctor prescribed me two drugs, Jiangtangling and Youjiangtang. After communicating with the doctor, I realized that there is no medicine that can cure diabetes. Continuing with this plan, by the end of January, my fasting blood sugar will remain below 7.0, and my blood sugar will remain around 9.0 within 2 hours after meals. It can be confirmed that drinking hydrogen water combined with dietary control and discontinuing hypoglycemic drugs will not cause a rapid increase in blood sugar levels. But one question is, is it the role of controlling diet or the role of hydrogen rich water? Or both?
Continuing with this plan, by the end of January, my fasting blood sugar will remain below 7.0, and my blood sugar will remain around 9.0 within 2 hours after meals.
