Description
AC102 Roof Insulation & waterproof membrane is a kind of special waterproof and insulation coating for building metal roof, concrete roof, asbestos tiles roof, etc. Produced by imported acrylate, silane elasticity of copolymerization emulsion,adding auxiliaries,UV reflective material agent .This waterproof system has better properties like UV reflect fatigue resistance,anti-aging and resistance to low temperature. This product can lower indoor temperature to meet the needs of waterproofing and energy-saving.
1 .UV-reflectivity,Roof surface temperature reducing,anti-aging, low temperature resistance,and long shelf life. 2.Water-based emulsion, non-toxic and harmless,environmental friendly product. 3.With better film elongation,this product can adapt to base shrinkage and crack deformation. 4 Direct brush or spray application. 5 Color additives can be added to adjust the color. 6 Easy to construct and maintain. 7 Better adhesive ability.
SUBSTRATES & APPLICATION
-Keep the substrates surface dry or wet but without dust,water,rocks,etc. -Stir the AC102 Roof Insulation & waterproof membrane evenly with a roller. -Two coats brush requested. After the first coat dry then apply the second coat in a perpendicular direction with first coat. - H101 polyester fabrics could be used to strengthen the waterproof layer. -Proper application temp is 5℃-40℃. -Dry time is 24h with temp 23℃.The lower temp, the longer dry time.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
-Not suggested to apply under 5℃. -Surface dry time is 8h at 23℃. -Storage temp 5℃ to 50℃ -Far away from objects whose temp is higher than 80℃.
APPLICATION
1 Stir the paint evenly with brush or roller.The base should be dry and clean. 2 The product will film within 8 hours under the temperature 25 degree Celsius.The lower temperature, the longer time to film. 3 After the first coat brushing or spraying cured, apply a vertical scratch for 2nd coat. 4 For the reinforcement of cracks at the junction, H101 sewing-woven fabrics or high-density glass cloth could be adopted.
CLEANING
Clean the application tools with water once work finished.
