Description


Lab Scale Roll-to-Roll Flat Tape Caster (Max.10" Width) w/ Drying Heater & Static Dust Removal


CY-AFA-EC150-LD is a compact continuous tape caster for battery electrode sheets with circulation drying heater. Such system integrates electrostatic dust removal system which enables the particle-free coating environment. It can coat thick film sheet up to 1.5 mm thickness, 254mm width and 4 meters long in a roll-to-roll type of fashion (substrate reeling out -> blade coating-> heated circulation drying-> and final electrode winding).

Depending on the coating and substrate thickness. (Typically, you can get 4 meters of electrode coated with 10um thick foil, 100um thick coating per run)



Static Dust Removal System



The use of static system helps eliminate the dust particles accumulated on the substrate and ensure a dust-free coating environment.
