Polyacrylamide is a water-soluble high molecular polymer.Beacuse the efficient property as flocculant, It is often used as water treatmengt flocculant in various induistries.It makes suspended materials form large floc through the electric neutralization,bridge adsorption and other functions.PAM has three types:Cationic PAM,Anionic PAM and Nonionic PAM.

Application


Water Treatment.
PAM are applied in raw water treatmment,sewage water treatment and industrial water treatment.It could increase the uitilize rate of water ruduce cycle that adapet PAM.
Oil Exploitation.
PAM can be used as drilling sludge materials to improving the rate of oil recovery.PAM products are widely used in drilling ,cementing,fracturing,enhance oil recovery and other oilfield production operations.
Paper Making
PAM can be widely used as Retention agent, filter aid, levelling agent in papermaking.It could improving the quality of paper ,the capacity of slurry dehydration and the retention of fibers and filler,ect.


Coal Washing and Ore Dressing.
The use of PAM as flocculant can promote the settlement of solid matter in the water recovered from mining and coal washing, so that the water can be clarified, and the useful solid particles can be recovered to avoid environmental pollution.
Textile and Dyeing.
In the textile industry,PAM is used as a sizing agent and finishing agent for fabric post-treatment, PAM can produce a soft, wrinkle-resistant and mildew resistant protective layer.It can reduce the breakage rate of spinning yarn.
Sludge Dewatering.
During sludge dehydration, large flocs are produced,PAM can effectively carry out sludge dehydration before the sludge enters the filter press .
