Q2.When I got this machine, but I don’t know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send videos and English manual with the machine. If you still have some doubts, we can talk by telephone or Whatsapp and e-mail.
Q3.What about the warranty period?
Our machine comes with a one-year warranty. Additionally, laser tubes, mirrors, and focus lenses are covered for six months, except for RECI laser tubes, which have a 12-month warranty. Guide rails are under warranty for two years. If any issues arise during the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts.
