1.How can I get the customized products?
-For jigsaw puzzle, please provide us the design picture in high resolution, the size need to be larger than the puzzle size, color version is CMYK.
-For 3D puzzle, please provide us the die-cut file with designs in AI source file. If you have ideas but not have a design file yet, please provide us high resolution images from different angles and tell us your detailed requirement. Our designer will create the file and send you for confirmation.
2.Can I have a sample? What’s the cost will be? How long will it take?
-Yes we can provide you samples for checking before you place the bulk order. For ready stock samples, you only need to pay for the shipping cost; For customized samples, we will need to charge $100-$200 for each design（depends on the complexity of the design） shipping cost. The processing time is about 7-10 working days usually for samples after file confirmed.
3.What’s your MOQ for customized designs?
-In general, MOQ for jigsaw puzzles is 1000 units for each design; For 3D puzzles is 3000 units for each design. Of course, they are negotiable according to your design and total quantity.
4.What shipping methods do you have?
-Express delivery, air shipping, sea shipping and railway shipping are available, we will choose the most suitable one according to your order quantity, budget and shipping time.
5.How often do you update your products?
-We update irregularly every month, if there are festivals we will publish products with corresponding themes. Please stay informed with us!
6.What can I do if my goods are damaged during shipping?
-We attach great importance to the quality of products and have a strict QC department to minimize the rate of defective products. If there are any defective units please kindly contact us and send us pics or videos for them, we will make corresponding compensation.
7.What’s your payment terms and delivery terms?
-For payment terms we accept T/T in USD or RMB currency.
For delivery terms we have EXW,FOB,C&F and CIF according to your requirement.
