In Gold CIL \\CIP (carbon in leach) Processing Plant, activated carbon acts like a sponge to aurocyanide and other complex ions in solution. Hard carbon particles (much larger than the ore particle sizes) can be mixed with the ore and cyanide solution mixture.
The gold cyanide complex is adsorbed onto the carbon until it comes to an equilibrium with the gold in solution.
Because the carbon particles are much larger than the ore particles, the coarse carbon can then be separated from the slurry by screening using a wire mesh.
Application Field
In addition to separate gold, the process can also be used for flotation of copper ore, lead and zinc ore, hematite ore, tin ore,graphite ore, tungsten ore and other metals and non-metal ore.

A.RAW MATERIAL PREPARATION:Vibration feeder- conveyor belt- crusher -Crushing- grinding- leaching- desorption electrolysis-tailings dehydration.
B.LEACHING and elimination: The thickened material is leached from eight agitators; a qualified reagent is added to the first set of agitators, and the activated carbon is lifted from the last set of agitators to the second set of agitators via an airlift to resist electric currents The activated carbon from the second set of agitators is raised to a carbon screen to obtain gold-loaded carbon, and the remaining slurry is returned to the first set of agitators And then into the tailwater treatment phase.
C.Tail Water Treatment:The tailings will be raised to pressure filter, filter cake known as tailings, through the belt conveyor and truck transport to the yard, filtrate into the circulating water tank for reuse.
D.AURIFEROUS CARBON TREATMENT: Gold powder is obtained by batch treatment of gold-containing carbon by desorption and electrolysis equipment.
The dust enters the furnace and turns to the bar. The gold-containing carbon after electrolysis can be returned to the final stage of the reprocessing flowchart.
Main Equipment
This complete CIP gold process plant includes a feeding machine, jaw crushers, fine jaw crusher, belt conveyor, vibration screen,ball mill, thickener, leaching & adsorption agitation tanks, desorption electrolysis system, tailing water recycle system,and all the other needed accessories.

Fter the ore pulp adding cyanide, it will be pumped to leaching tank, usually we adopts 8 leaching tanks, installed in stair-stepping, the toppest two is preleaching tank, will add actived carbon from lowest one, then use carbon lifting pump and carbon screen to lift the gold carried carbon one by one till highest. After leaching, gold mud in grade about 30-40% will feed
into electrolysis machine or melting furnace to separate gold and carbon, after this step, the carbon can be recycled by acid and
water washing tank. At last the gold grade will be at 98% above.

Thickening Syetem
Under the thickner, there is enough space to build several warehouse and install a chemical mix tank.
