A: We usually ship small parts or machines via DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. It usually takes 3-9 days for door-to-door delivery. Sea transportation is also an option. For more goods or large equipment, you can choose container shipping.
Q: How to install the equipment after it arrives?
A: Provide installation instructions and installation videos. Engineers can remotely guide the installation and operation of the equipment. After successful commissioning, provide complete training and follow up on the use of your equipment. We have a lot of installation experience and can provide overseas installation services. Q: How to ensure product quality?
A: Before the product leaves the factory, the quality inspector will strictly follow the 5s process for entry inspection and aging test, and can also cooperate with the third-party inspection agency for identification and provide machine test reports.
Q: What kind of after-sales service do you provide?
A: The main parts (except consumables) are guaranteed for one year and a consumables list is provided to assist customers in establishing a complete equipment maintenance system. After the equipment is delivered, a professional will be sent to follow up on your equipment for 60 days. If a fault occurs during the use of the equipment, the engineer will remotely guide the maintenance through the network until the fault is eliminated. If there is any problem with the equipment, we will provide a solution within 12 hours.
