Ansen Pipe Leak Repair Kit
Ansen Pipe Repair Kit is the ultimate pipe repair system for pipe repair needs. It is simple to use, with no mixing or measuring required. A successful pipe repair can be achieved only 30 minutes.
Ansen Pipe Repair Kit includes a woven fibreglass bandage impregnated with a water-activated polyurethane resin, a 57g steel putty and a pair of latex gloves.
Material: Ansen Pipe Repair Bandage use special high strength fiberglass fabric coated with polyurethane resin. Compared with normal strength bandages in marketing's photos as below:
Application: Ansen Pipe Repair Bandage Kit can be used on all types of pipes including polypipe (PP/HDPE), GRE, ABS, steel, PVC, rubber, concrete, galvanised, ceramic,clay,stainless steel, basalt, fibreglass,copper and all insert piping. It can be applied on cracked, fractured,damaged and leaking pipes; around straight lengths and difficult shapes like tee and elbow joints, y pieces, couplings and clamps.

Plumbing Leak Repair Products - Pipe Repair Bandage with Steel Putty Factory Price
1. Shut off the pipe or hose before attempting the repair. Using sandpaper clean and smooth the repair area and remove any loose particles.
2. Apply gloves, take the putty and knead between fingers to fully mix active ingredients. Work mixed material forcefully into any cracks or holes and apply pressure until adhesion begins to take effect.
3. Open foil pouch and immerse the bandage in fresh temperate water for 10 seconds. Squeeze bandage 1-2 times while in water to help activation.
4. Holding the leading edge of the bandage to the pipe, apply by spirally wrap around with 50% overlap. Keep a firm tension on the bandage at all times and ensure cover an area at least 50mm either side of the damaged section. Build-up the repair with multiple layers, backwards and forwards over the repair area to at least 10mm in thickness. Maintaining a high tension is critical to the success of the repair.
5. With wet gloves, squeeze the bandage with a rotating motion until resin stops foaming and is set. Allow 30 minutes to completely cure.
