ZYB series gear pump adopts self-sealing lubrication bearing ,gap automatic regulation structure, the bearing and the conveying liquid with special anti-high temperature,anti-corrosion sealing isolation when use it,ensure the service life of the bearing.
Main parts select more high quality resistent material, after the heat treatment, it has high strength and hardness characters,while the structure use many original hydraulic balance technology, making the pump in high pressure, high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, stable pressure, keeping long time pressure and other unique properties.
Application
ZYB series slag oil pump applies to the impurities and the worse performance lubricating medium such as coal tar, slag oil, soap, heavy oil, paint industry, grain and oil, chemmical industry building materials, daily chemical and other industries as well. The temperature of pump conveying liquid can be 260℃.
Advantage
This pump is equipped with gear side clearance adjustable structure, when the working pressure is goes down after working some time.We can through the external cover on the pump to do fine-tuning adjustment, so that the working pressure of pump was restored, and can be adjusted several times. Consequently it is better than general 5-10times longer service life of the gear pump.
In china, it is initiate creation with impurity burning oil under high pressure spray combustion situation,and reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.
