1.What's your factory size?
We have factory area of 5500 SQM with total 320 employees.


2. How many production line in your factory?
We have eight automatic SMT production lines, four THT production line, two hand soldering lines, two final assembly fine and one Burn in room.


3.Are you a factory or just a trading company?
PET Bottle Making Machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.


4.We only have a sample and can you do production?
Yes, we can copy board and BOM list based on your real samples, and the results will be formedas Gerber and BOM.


5.Can you give us a favorable discount?

7.How do you deal with the complaint in quality problems?

8.What’s the quality standard your comply with? And any certification?

10.Do you test the bare boards before dispatch?
Normally 5-10pcs samples need 7-10 days, 5-20K production need 2-3 weeks. Always the final delivery time need based on the actual delivery time for components and production status.


11.Do you have the capability of manufacturing high frequency materials? Rogers?
While expensive, we can manufacture these materials. Contact us for pricing prior to placing an order.


12.For small quantity orders, can you produce prototype PCBs ?
Yes. PCBA Limited has the capability to produce circuit boards in any amount. But,the greater the quantity, the greater the cost savings.
