A:Sure. A little sample charge for productions and delivery.Product cost will be refundable when order quantity reaches certain
amount. Sending samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about some days to arrive you.
Q2:Can I have the products with my own logo?
A:Yes. We can offer both OEM and ODM service with prototype design and small MOQ.
Q3:How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 30-35 days for quantity within 100Kpcs.For those items available with low MOQ 500pcs, we can offer within 15 days.
Q4:How long is the production lead time?
A:According to the order quantity, inventory items for small orders usually take 3-5 days, and large orders need to be negotiated.
Q5:What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
A:We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We
will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
