Loading Conveyor:

The conveyor is made of SUS304 material for long service time. It can automatically adjust the width and height of the pouch according to different requires. It is suitable for tray products and no tray products.





   Film Delivery Structure:

Folding plastic film in two or three
layers and rolling it after folding
makes it difficult for the film to
reset and deform. It enhances the
toughness of the plastic film.





Coding Device:

Tracking and printing production dates, batch numbers and so on, with fast printing speed, wide printing area and flexible printing layout.





   
   Cursor:

Using a cursor electric eye to track
the eye mark of the film roll to
prevent deviation during the film
roll process.





Bag Former:

It can automatically adjust the width of different packaging bags, and makes rolled film into packaging bags.





   Heat Sealing Cutter:

The cutter is made of hardness
alloy, it has constant temperature.
The cutter cuts pouches one by
one accurately. Fast thermal
conductivity and long service life.






Operating Panel: 

Touch screen with some simple buttons, easy operation. The machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch for safe working.





   Coding Controller:

the coding functions, including
start, stop and adjusting coding
