AR1325L-12 ATC CNC Router
Features:
1. Structural stability: Thick walled square tube welding, side plate tempering treatment bed body.
2. Processed by five sided milling center, aging treatment, sturdy and not deformed.
3. Super quality 9kw air cooled spindle with quick tool change, improve efficiency greatly.
4. Imported square linear guide rail to ensure the high precision of the machine and withstand large loads.
5. Equip with 12 pieces auto tool change magazine, with Taiwan LNC MW2200 ATC control system, which can change tools alternatively, auto tool sensor to compensate the tolerance of tool length.
6. Saves labor and can be connected to automatic loading and unloading.

The ATC CNC Router comes standard with a high frequency automatic tool changer spindle. High precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets and lSO 30 tool holders. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.
Auto Tool Sensor
High precision tool sensor will get each different tool length offset, wireless calibration help you set Z zero easily.
Auto pusher + dust removal
