This unit is available for manufacturing liquid products (such as detergent.shampoo, shower gel, etc.) it integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating,cooling,pump discharge finished products and defoaming (optional)functions. lt is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic andinternational factories.
Feature
1.Mixing materials in high speed to get perfect liquid product of good quality.
2.Machine consists of vacuum-resistant vessel with jacket for heating and cooling. Equipped with high speed homogenizer, scraping agitator, vacuum pump, and so on.
3.With vacuum pump to take the air bubbles out of mixed product, and extend the time of storage.
4.Scraping unit is with moveable teflon scrapers to scrape off the materials on the tank wall and the anchor to move the materials to the center area to get better blending and mixing. The teflon scrapers are maintained manually and easily without any tool.
5.Our mixing pot equipment equipped with heating & cooling system which simplifies the processing. Within this same equipment, you can do from heating-melting-emulsifying-air bubble reduction(by vacuum)-cooling without changing vessels, it saves lot of labor and time for your production.
6.All contacted parts of equipments are SUS316L,the product homogenized in vacuum and close vessel can be sanitary and high quality.
7.The measuring of raw materials, the recording of temperature for heating, cooling, and the change of mixing speed, and the vacuum suction can be controlled.

●The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency converter for speed adjustment,so that high quality products of different processes according to customer requirements.
●The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid raw materials and can rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials such as AES,AESA,LSA,etc. during the liquid detergent production process so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period.
●The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing,which fully conforms to GMP requirements.
●According to customer requirement,the tank can heat and cool materials. The heating way including steam heating and electric heating. Easy to discharge,bottom direct discharge or by transfer pump.
