HZC-B LCD Intelligent Silent Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

Standard, silent, degassing three modes 40KHz (standard cleaning basket)
The ultrasonic cleaning machine converts the high-frequency oscillation signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator into high-frequency mechanical oscillation through a transducer, transmits it to the inner tank to trigger the flow of cleaning solution, and generates tens of thousands of microbubbles. These microbubbles generate a strong "cavitation" effect under the action of the sound field, constantly impacting the surface of the cleaning part, peeling off insoluble dirt from its surface, and also decomposing and emulsifying oily dirt, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the cleaning part. It has high cleaning rate, minimal residue, and is not limited by the shape of the cleaning parts, making it an ideal cleaning equipment for deep hole, blind hole, and groove objects.
