Product Introduction
The product is mainly used for the compression of wood chips，wood shavings，corn silage, rice husk. cottonseed hulls，licorice, fiber corncob，straw, hay, hops, and other scraps. The bagging is completed in one go while reducing transportation cost with easy storage benefit.
Semi-automatic compression bagging machine implements PLC interface control system. The automatic compression and manual bagging/sealing deliver operational efficiency and ease of operation. The operator can choose auto or manual mode for material feeding.an automatic bagging system can be added as an option.

1. The machine adopts PLC control system, with hydraulic transmission, cap bag horizontally; eject bales with high speed and high yield.
2. The operation is simple and convenient, with high degree of automation, providing human labor feeding or automatic feeding conveyor as feeding options.
3. It is suitable for Hay/ mineral wool/ cotton seed/ corn cob/ rice husk/wood scrap, pellets,wood flake saw dust/ wood shavings/ corn silage, etc., compress the materials into bale, and then cap bags continually, convenient for storage and reducing the transportation cost.
4. The compressed material in bale can be easily taken out and loose, can be used as environmental building materials, farmland fertilizer, such as mushroom cultivation etc.
