A. Warranty Condition
(1) Our company will repair the product, If the product, the material of the parts, the design, and manufacturing of the products raised hardware problems caused by the product itself rather than human error within TWO years warranty period since the date of dispatching by the customer.
(2) Our company repairs the products but will collect the basic costs of the spare parts after the warranty period, but service is
free always.

B. How to Service?
(1) At first, our speaker driver / amplifier are produced based on 15 years / 10 years product lifetime under correct operation. So it will not be easy to break down. If the problems occur during test or use, please send photos or video to us. Then we judge the problems, and send spare parts to our customers. And teach them how to change new parts on by email or video. Within 2 years, all spare parts will offer as free. And shipping cost (by DHL, TNT, FedEx and so on) paid by customers company.
(2) If customer needs to send our engineers to customers’ workplace, the customer company only need pay the ticket accommodation to our Engineer, service is for free.
(3) If Products still can’t use after our engineer’s repair. We will produce a new speaker driver / amplifier (same as the old one) for our customers at no change. However, the bad one needs to be saved for us. When you come to China, bring it to us, or we will bring it back when we visit you on business.
