ZL30E rubber tyred loader is a product under special working conditions. It is a special loader developed by fully
considering the confined environment, low profile, narrow space and hidden dangers of falling objects in underground operations.
It is widely used in material loading and unloading and transfer operations in roadway excavation when underground mineral resources are mined. This model has obtained the "Mining Product Safety Mark Certificate" and "Mining Product Safety Mark (KA)" and can be applied to metal and non-metal mines where there is no explosion hazard.
Ultra-low design, low space adaptability, high reliability of core components
1. The height of the whole machine is ultra-low, which is suitable for low-profile space operations;
2. The cab is easy to disassemble as a whole, and the height can be adjusted according to the needs of the working
space;
3. Yuchai's four-cylinder National IV engine adopts an expanded cylinder block, which further improves the explosion
pressure in the cylinder, makes the combustion more sufficient, the power is stronger, and the driving force is greater;
4.Electronically controlled high-pressure common rail engine, P, S, E (heavy-load, medium-load, light-load) three-level power
control mode, which is conducive to improving productivity while reducing energy consumption;
5. The gearbox adopts magnetic levitation to overtake the clutch, and the magnetic force of the high temperature and liquid flow environment is not reduced, and the clutch life is greatly improved;
