DF-1000 Description
1) DF-1200 self-retaining high position stacking system is a patent product with independent intellectual property rights developed by the company in order to adapt to the diversified development of the market.The production line is suitable for dry product palletizing of simple block production line, which is a semi-automatic palletizing production line. Generally, it is set up independently near the product maintenance yard. For in-situ palletizing of maintained products, it can also be connected inseries to the block production line to implement online palletizing.
2) This automatic palletizing system can separate and arrange brick blocks of different types and specifications produced bydifferent types of brick machines, and then form a square stack of about one meter for cross palletizing, and automatically generate fork brick hole positions according to needs.Stacking height up to 1400mm.After palletizing is completed, the whole palletizing output is carried out by heavy chain conveyor, which can be manually packed or matched with automatic baling machine. Each node in the whole production line has a pre-storage position to save the running time of the forklift.
3) The whole system adopts PLC+ touch screen control and laser induction + intelligent sensor to realize unmanned automatic operation. In case of fault, it will automatically stop and alarm and display the fault location, so that the fault can be easily solved without professional technicians.With a remote control system and cloud data equipment, manufacturers can solve the problem in the office all the time.The operation of the equipment is controlled by electricity, gas and liquid respectively, with non-interference and coherent action. It can be coded for about 15s
