Carbonated drink production line
The whole carbonated drink production line mainly includes water treatment equipment, bottle blowing equipment, syrup belting pot,mixing system, CO2 filter, refrigeration, carbonator(CO2 mixer), CIP, balance pressure washing-filling-capping machine, bottle warming equipment, blow drying equipment, coding equipment, labeling equipment, and packaging equipment.
1. Water Treatment Plant
According to customer's raw water analysis report and the final water standard request, we will suggest customer to choose the suitable water treatment plant.
2. Carbonated beverage preparation
The carbonated beverage processing part include the syrup melting tank, mixing tank, filter, CO2 filter, water chiller, carbonator, CIP system.
Syrup melting pot
The tank is with electrical heating jacketed for syrup heating and can be connected to cooling water for syrup cooling.
Mixing tank
Add syrup, water, preservatives, additives, seasonings, etc. into the mixing tank, and then stir to make the desired flavor for the customer
Water Chiller+Cooling tower
Beverages can only be mixed with CO2 when cooled to around 4 degrees. The cold water of the water chiller cooled down the beverage to around 4 degrees through a plate heat exchanger.
Carbonator
The carbon dioxide mixing tank can dissolve carbon dioxide into the material under the control of proper pressure to make carbonated beverages with ideal gas lock capacity.
3. Bottle blow molding machine
Full automatic blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle etc.
4. 3 in 1 Washing-carbonated drink Filling-Capping machine
The material mixed with carbon dioxide is directly injected into the liquid cylinder of the carbonated beverage filling machine through the pipeline. Between the mixer and the filling machine, we use a pneumatic membrane valve to control the stable material flow and slowly enter the filling liquid cylinder. Pneumatic valves and solenoid valves will cause turbidity in the cylinder caused by too fast material flow rate, and the principle of equal pressure filling is used for fixed liquid level filling. In the carbonated beverage production line, the bottle enters the carbonated beverage filling machine (three-in-one balance pressure filling machine) from the air duct and the bottle mouth under the action of the wind, and the bottle is washed, filled and capped in sequence.
5. Bottle Warming Tunnel
This machine is used for carbonated beverages. Because the filling temperature is 0-4 degrees Celsius and the ambient temperature is 20-30 degrees, The bottle warming machine adopts a three section steam recycling heating design,the water spraying water temperature shall be controlled around 40 degrees. After the bottle go out, the temperature will be around the 25 degrees. Users can fix the temperature according to need. All the end of the warmer, it is equipped with the drying machine to blow the water outside the bottle. It is equipped with the temperature control system. Users can adjusted the temperature by himself.
6. Automatic Sleeve labeling machine
It is a high automatic packing machine. Just one person handles, easy operation. Easy to change packing material, the change over of the mould can be easily done by hand without any tools. Within the flat width limitation, can be used to package objects in different shape, no matter round or square, can be applied on glass or plastic bottles.
7. Film Shrink Packing Machine
The equipment is made of bottle feeding conveyor part, Bottles sorting part, Film cutting packing part, shrink heating tunnel, fan chilling part, roller conveyor output part and electric control system, pneumatic control parts and so on. It is produced at the basis theory of the film shrinking after heated. The whole packing process is including photoelectric sensor testing, PLC treats the collected signal, convey belt delivering the bottles, the dividing board divide the bottles into lines and the push the bottles.
