1.Brief Introduction： Waterweed harvester is a kind of equipment for cleaning aquatic plants such as water weeds, duckweed, water hyacinth and floating domestic garbage.
When Waterweed harvester is working, the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the hydraulic system to lower the front collection tank below the water surface. The most front bottom shear starts to work under the drive of the hydraulic motor, and its main function is to cut the root of the water grass. There are two circular saw blades on both sides of our collection pod, which are driven by hydraulic motor to turn rapidly respectively. Sharp saw blades are the key to cutting transverse aquatic plants, which can not only cut off the branches quickly, but also clear the path for cleaning the ship. The saw blades and the bottom scissors cooperate with each other to carry out the first step of cutting and collecting. Next to the bottom shear is the collection chain in the front cabin. Driven by the motor, the collection chain starts to rotate and transfer the cut water weeds to the storage cabin, thus completing the collection work. When the water weeds or floating objects fill the middle and rear compartments, the ship can drive to the shore to unload the materials. Start the chain in the rear cabin to run quickly, unload the water grass or floating material to the shore, so that a job is completed, and the water cleaning ship is driven back to the work site for cycle working.
